In addition to acting as a developer, Cadence also provides analytical, partnership and development-related consulting services for select clients and relationships.

For over two years during 2015 - 2017, Cadence consulted and advised the National Urban League (NUL) in connection with its prospective corporate relocation from the Wall Street district to Harlem. Cadence, brought to the project for its expertise in both development-related financial analysis and deal structuring, became an integral member of an expert team responsible for guiding NUL through a complex set of negotiations with its prospective development partner as well as a multitude of public agencies and private entities.

While details of this exciting project remain confidential, this relocation, when ultimately realized, will result in a compelling new addition to the expanding Harlem landscape. Cadence is proud to have been associated with this project and advising such an important organization as NUL.
